This is a consultation for a one-on-one mentorship where we walk hand in hand with individuals throughout the entire building process, from finding land, financing options, developing and selling. We will be with you from start to finish.

About the builder…
Chanel and Martinique have partner together to give you a solid foundational start to building your dream. Our partnership started with Martinique being mentored by Chanel through her first fix and flip which turned into a new construction project. Both ladies were able to combine their experiences with building and continue to prefect the process at every step of completion.
Martinique has gone on to build several new construction projects and applied for her general contractor’s license. Chanel started out doing fix and flips then transitioned into building new construction luxury homes. Together these 2 ladies combined their years of experience and mentorship to give you EMERGE BuildHERS. The goal in mind is to teach women and minorities through mentorship and online courses the ins and outs, the beginning and end of tapping into the new construction building process.
